Barham PTA
The PTA (formerly known as FOBS) plays an important role in the school. It exists to raise funds to support the children of Barham school with resources and equipment which are not funded by the state. Much of the money raised goes towards the upkeep of the swimming pool which Barham is lucky enough to have but in the last year, the PTA has also helped with the cost of coaches for school trips and funded the Year 6 books for the Leavers' Service. The PTA has organised various events in the past, including: Christmas Fairs, Elfridges, Summer Fetes, concerts, pre-loved clothing collections, and refreshments at various school events such as the production and sports day.
The PTA meet to discuss future events at least once a term and always welcome new faces. Without the support of parents, the PTA events would not be successful. We are therefore very grateful to all parents who give their voluntary help and support.

All families of attending children are members of Barham PTA and also PTA UK (membership number 10556). To register for more information, go to www.pta.org.uk, click on become a member, select ‘Already have a PTA at school’. On the following page, select ‘Register as an individual user’, add the postcode CT4 6NX and choose Barham from drop down menu. Finally, just complete your personal details to sign up.

Barham PTA is registered with the following company fundraising schemes. Money is given to the PTA, at no cost to the purchaser, by using the unique code assigned to our school at online checkout.
