Teacher Training

At Barham Primary School, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of teachers. We actively support teacher training candidates from diverse routes, including PGCE and BA students from Christ Church University. Additionally, we host Post Graduate Teacher Apprentices (PGTAs) who gain practical experience through on-the-job training and they complete their Initial Teacher Training Course with Teach in Kent. Most of our staff are skilled and experienced mentors dedicated to guiding trainees.
